Operator's Manual

Page 1 (Login):
You must use the given user name, password, and job number. Then press Enter/Submit.

Page 2 (Application):
On the first page after log in, you should type the guest's ID number and press "Fill". If the guest has no ID, please leave it blank. After filling out the application press 'Submit' - the guest info will be saved and you will be given a new application for the next guest.

Notes for Page 2:
• If the Guest ID has been typed properly, the guest's basic/previous information should populate the form.
• If the Guest ID was empty/wrong, the application form will remain blank.
• Make sure you type the date in the correct format (yyyymmdd).

General Notes:
(a) As with any secure website, it may happen that after registering 100+ guests in one login session the website goes slow. If that happens, close the browser and then open a new login Page 1.

(b) Owing to the fact that some guests do not have or may forget their ID, this website identifies guests by their "address" field.

If you need to update information of a guest who has an ID, enter the ID on the 'Application' page and all the previous information will show up. You can then update the fields and then press Enter/Submit.

If you need to update information of a guest who does not have an ID, leave the ID blank and fill the application making sure that the "Address" field is correct, and press 'Submit'.

In either case, the website will overwrite the guest's previous information.

(c) At any time you can click on the "Guest Report" link to view registered guests' information, the "Zip Count" link to view zip count information, or the "Recap Report" link to view an attendance/preference report.

In order to print, go to the browser's "File" option and then "Print". (Guest records will be printed 3 per page.)

(d) If you need to delete a record from the database, call 1-800-225-9655 and ask for an IT specialist.
